Dr. McCray has been absolutely wonderful as my PCP. I have had more than my share of health issues within the past 2 years, and being on a very small fixed budget, medical care for my issues had been very much a challenge for me, from transportation to to not being able to see someone unless it's scheduled 3 months ahead. Not the case in this office. She even has gone out of her way to work with me last minute, when transportation issues forced me to call and reschedule, She set me up with a video virtual visit so that I could go over my treatment and keep up with my medications, follow up on any concerns or pain, etc. When I DO go into the office, I never wait to be taken back to the office, and I never feel as if I am being rushed through my appointments. When I have questions, she answers them professionally, without any negativity or jargon that I don't understand. She is also the first provider I have had that makes full use of the online portal MyChart to communicate, keep me updated on test results, and any information about medications I may need to know about. as a PCP, actually as a person overall, Dr. McCray truly cares for the people that entrust her with keeping them healthy and happy. Highly recommended!
