Not a suitable therapist for anyone with attachment or relational trauma. Because nothing is truly black or white, it's challenging to give this low-star review, as there were moments of good clarity within our sessions. However, the lack of: emotional intelligence, awareness of what's presenting in the room, furthering study of up-to-date methods to help survivors of trauma, and sense of warmth within the room was enough to step away from this therapist and therapeutic environment. A sharp candor, quick and smart, likely a good fit for certain types of therapeutic needs beyond childhood relational wounds. Not a healthy fit for someone with attachment trauma. There are other attachment-based therapists/therapies that help wonderfully, and lead to true healing!

Buyer Beware! 1. Condescending to parents and child / adolescent 2. Thinks very highly of herself 3. Disrespectful / rude to the parents who are trying to help their child 4. Won't answer parent questions regarding a minor 5. Won't answer other provider questions even w/a signed release 6. Negligent 7. Should not be practicing 8. Worst decision I ever made as a parent!

I found this therapist to be very disorganized, and with questionable competence. She double booked me twice with another client, billed incorrect times to my insurance and just seemed insincere. I would not recommend at all...

Warm, engaging, excellent listener, solution oriented. Highly recommended.
