Jessica Parsons, FNP

Jessica Parsons is the ONLY provider in years who listened to my concerns and didn’t make me feel as though I was over reacting. I have been having constant trouble for about 5 years now getting sick monthly or every other month and it feeling like strep throat. I would go to my PCP and since I always tested negative for strep nothing was really done. In August I went to him in so much pain explaining what I had been feeling and asked him if it could possibly be my tonsils. He shrugged me off and sent me home with nothing. That night/morning I woke up in so much pain I had to schedule a virtual appointment with Novant Healths Telehealth, LUCKILY I got Ms. Parsons. I explained to her what I had been feeling and what I told the other doctor, and she asked me questions and quickly prescribed me prednisone. She agreed that it sounded like my tonsils could be an issue, and asked if it would be okay if she referred me to an ENT. She doesn’t know how that made me feel, for years my cries had

This provider was not helpful at all. I do not believe that she took the time to review my chart or medical records. It was a complete waste of my time. She did not seem knowledgeable at all. I am writing this review so that others do not have the same experience. You will end up going to another doctor for the exact same symptoms.

Everything about her. Her manner, she is thorough, understanding and patient.

Mrs. Parsons is an incredible NP. She makes me feel seen, heard, and valued. She cares for all of me, physical and mental. If I could lay out a list of all of the qualities in an ideal GP, they would add up to be Jessica Parsons. She is truly the best.
