My 8 year old son was seen by Jessica this morning, and she was very professional and relational. She took the time to explain what could’ve caused his ear infection. I voiced my concerns regarding my son taking antibiotic, and she said that she wouldn’t hesitate to give it to her own kids if they had the same ear infection. I appreciate her honesty and care, and the fact that she reassured me my son needed antibiotic.

Went to Memorial ER and was seen by Jessica. She was very attentive and kind during my visit. After reading the other negative review, I can’t believe that she and the other ER staff made an incorrect evaluation that wasn’t warranted. I’d highly recommend this hospital and the staff.

Jessica filed a CPS report after we brought our child to the ER because his eczema had spread from his cheeks to around his eye and we were worried. She tried to insist that it had become infected, even as a more experienced doctor looked at her and said there was not. I believe her overzealous stance was because our child is not vaccinated. Her report was full of fabrications and the investigator agreed after I provided photo AND video evidence contrary to her report. Dangerous behavior.
