children's best interest is not a priority
Ms. Rogers ignores the children's fears, telling them that their fears are not real, and to lie to the primary parent. In my family's situation Ms. Rogers has clearly sided with the non-custodial parent, giving them more opportunity to express their concerns, which are often misleading or completely untrue. I'm puzzled with the claim of expertise in every possible human issues how she cannot detect when she is being lied to by the non-primary parent. Even the parents of the non-primary's parent don't support her due to her lies and failure to protect the children from a physically, verbally, and emotionally step- parent. She has also claimed that one of the children is on the autism spectrum, and area that I have 50 years of experience with so I would know if my family member, whom I have frequent contact with, was on the spectrum or not.

Would not trust this office at the slightest. Lies under oath and is very hostile. If you attempt to go elsewhere she will hold you hostage as a client. Extortion at the lowest level.

Ms Rogers only cares about money and is especially bad with young children. She will sway them one way or the other depending on who is paying her. She does not care about the consequences or how it affects the child.

Concerned parent – Nov 15, 2021

Jessica has not communicated with me on anything regarding my child’s last few visits. She has had approximately 4 I believe that I was unaware of. It’s also funny how the last review tries to bash mine about the televisits none of those rules or limitations were mentioned when I was told no to teleconference. I have not been asked about anything non confidential or this so called promise to not listen in. She seems inexperienced or unable to see when a narcissistic abusive parent is trying to manipulate her system and falls right in. I wouldn’t recommend her unless you are okay with not being informed on visits and the outcomes and just being blatantly ignored. She developed one sided relationships with parents and makes comments to children like “you are growing up to be just like your mother” as if insulting a child. I attended one session with her and was cursed at during. Good ones are harder to find than bad ones.

Jessica has worked with my daughter to help her get over conflict situation. As Jessica informed both parents multiple times via email, the online counseling feature only works if the parents are non confidential and will not listen in on the child's session. Her interest is in the child's needs. She has great communication skills and informs the parents on need to know situations. Jessica is very fair and makes the child her #1 concern.

Her office & approach are completely SOLUTION minded as her business name says! Jessica has helped our family unit as a whole & individually beyond any other counselor used. She is upfront & gets to the root of the issue quickly in order to truly solve the problem. She also goes above & beyond because she sincerely cares about the well being of her clients. You will leave feeling better and validated every visit. Counseling is work—& change is hard, but she helps make this process worthwhile.

Mrs. Rogers has been a huge blessing in our family! She has helped us learn and navigate threw all of our struggles: marriage, personal, family, and children. We love her because she actually teaches you to apply what you’re learning in her office, and how to hold yourself accountable! It’s not always rainbows and lollipops in her office, you are going to have to do the work that’s needed. Our family would not have made it through without her!

Jessica is not the type of counselor to just sit, listen and nod. She actually HELPS people. She is a strong woman who knows her trade and will expect you to use the tools she gives you to help yourself. My kids suffered through my ugly divorce and she has undoubtedly helped them more than anyone else, includingvtwo other counselors and Family Court Services. When you’re ready to do the work to get better, give her a call.

I’d give her 0 stars if I could. Despite her claims, my family won in court. She lied, said my family said things we didn’t say, twisted our evidence against us, and failed to mention that she KNEW the other person in the situation. She claimed most of our evidence was hearsay with no timestamps but never asked for it. She recommended putting the child in a place he had NO business being in. DO NOT USE HER! Everything was proven in court, and the judge didn’t side with her.
