Jessica Salazar has tested my INR for several years. She was always very professional, smiling, cordial in all our contacts. With the departure of Dr. Abby Gardner, Jessica informed me that she could not continue to serve me unless a replacement physician arrived at IMed. I have, therefore, found a new physician here in Boerne, just 4 miles from my home instead of the 20 miles one-way that I drove into San Antonio for my blood tests. I was sorry to have to terminate our relationship.

Went in because I was suffering from ear pressure and buzzing sound in inner ear. Jessica prescribed and additional medication to add to my allergy meds and it seems to have done the trick because I no longer hear the buzzing sound or feel the pressure. Very satisfied with her diagnosis and manner.

Ms. Salazar was attentive to my problem and listened carefully. After my expressing my concerns about the congestion I was experiencing, she offered several thoughts and suggestions. They all were helpful and made good sense. We settled on one and I feel she was really listening and very helpful. Since the time has passed, I believe her suggestions have worked and my condition has improved.
