I went to this NP with symptoms of a UTI and an early kidney infection with back pain and a fever. She gave me a prescription for a UTI but not for a kidney infection when I clearly stated I had back pain. I followed up in 48 hours and said I still had back pain. Jessica tried to tell me that maybe I had hurt my back from working out?!? because if my urinary symptoms were gone, the antibiotics had clearly worked. Eventually my doctor told me that I had been given the wrong antibiotics.

Completely inept - it honestly felt like I knew way more about Laryngitis than she did... She called another NP to ask for advice... I asked for a prescription (corticosteroid) that I read on mayo clinic is popular and she refused. After 4 weeks with laryngitis I went to CVS porter square and her recommendation was to HYDRATE and follow up in 48 hours. Yes, after 4 weeks, I'm sure 48 hours of hydrating will do the trick!! Thank you for your wisdom!!!!

I have seen this NP twice and she is very rude and dismissive in addition to being incompetent. I have had pneumonia before and had been coughing for weeks. I went to her yesterday and she insisted that I did not have pneumonia, stating that there is a distinct crackling sound associated with pneumonia. She was dismissive and sent me on my way with an inhaler. I went to my regular doctor today who confirmed that I do have pneumonia and prescribed antibiotics. Stay away from this practitioner.

I went to the minute clinic at CVS, and had Jessica as a NP. She was very rude, and the whole visit was uncomfortable because of it. Snappy and in a terrible mood. Do not recommend.
