I appreciate Jessica Williamsen's manner. She's caring and smart and I always feel listened to.

Jessica was so patient, empathetic and kind. She made me feel comfortable with my treatment plan and eased all of my fears with her wonderful demeanor. I have told several people about my care on this date, the way Jessica was able to help me, and how greatful I was to be seen while sick.

If she had an availability in her schedule I would drop my provider and move over to her. She was hands down the BEST Dr I have seen in years! She's a rare talent in the industry at this point.

In all honesty, I don't think I've ever met a doctor more caring and compassionate than Dr. Williamsen and her staff..Although I'm sure she's very busy, she takes her time with my children and remembers details about them. I really feel she's doing what's best for my child and trust her decisions. Her assistant is amazing too. When I needed help with my son, She called me back right away and then also followed up with me the next day to make sure I had what I needed. These days, it's very difficult to trust that someone knows what's best for your child and is following up on everything we have been very fortunate to be able to trust the staff at this clinic. There were times when I felt my son's doctor was the only person who had my back when it came to some of the issues he was having in school. She was very knowledgeable and professional. You can tell she is a very caring woman and mother. We are so grateful that we were able to get this amazing doctor upon moving to Omaha after...

My provider is excellent in communicating with me. I feel comfortable discussing my health issues with her, and greatly value the PA/patient relationship we have established.

I could not have been more satisfied with my appointment! My doctor went above and beyond to assure me that things were going to be OK. She listened to all of my concerns and we talked through options based on lab results.

I started seeing Jessica PA after [...] PA moved to another position. Jessica has been wonderful and I am very pleased with her care. She makes an effort to connect on an individual level, listens to my concerns, makes medical suggestions, but does not push.

Doc Jessica Williamsen, APRN is fantastic! She has been seeing me long enough [...] that (as I call her) Dr Jessica and I are on the same page. We communicate well with each other and she listens to me and explains everything so that I understand. She also gives a caring vibe and is an excellent asset to CHI.

JESSICA ONLY SEEM TO CARE ABOUT HOW HSE CAN BENEFIT FROM GETTING MORE MONEY OUT OF HER PATIENTS. SHE DID NOT ASK ME TO INCREASE MY DOSAGE OF MEDICATION SHE INSISTED THAT SHE WOULD BE INCREASING MY DOSAGE. THAT WAS A POOR MOVE ON HER PART BECAUSE NOW I'M LOOKING FOR A NEW DR.

I can not imagine there being a worse NURSE. I took my daughter to her many months ago, this was a mistake. She seemed fine at first, warm and caring, this is a facade. Her main goal seems to bring in as much money as possible through co-pays. My daughter has turret's and a mood disorder, both of which severe enough to warrant medication which Nurse Williamsen prescribed. The problem started when she (my daughter) needed a refill. Nurse Williamsen wanted her to come back in before she would approve a refill? Ok, sure, fine. So I took her back in, paid the co-pay, got my daughters refill. Next month rolls around, guess what? Yep, she needs to come back in, another co-pay, another refill. This happens every month. On her last visit Nurse Williamsen told my daughter to call her back and let her know how she was doing on the meds, then she would approve a refill. Guess what? Yea...no refill without coming in....making a profit on peoples health should be a crime.

Compassionate and thorough. I had spoken my health concerns to TWO doctors before her and they failed to take the time to diagnose me with a chronic condition, she figured it out on my first visit and I feel significantly better. She is great and actually listens to her patients. I would recommend her to anyone!
