Don’t bother trying to schedule an appointment. No one returns your calls or emails. I guess some people let status get to their head

She definitely cares, but she needs to run her business a little better. I have waited 2+ hours for my appointment on multiple occasions. Once, she didn't even show up to my scheduled appointment. Turns out they rescheduled me without telling me. Everything is through text, so I can go through all of it and double-check things. Never was I told about the change in appointment. When I contacted them and found out about this, I was treated like I was an inconvenience. You're charged at least a day before your appointment... whatever, but my last appointment kept getting rescheduled. Now it's been 2 weeks since I was charged and no appointment. They haven't even gotten back to me about when they're rescheduling me to this time. I understand she's been sick, but it's not appropriate to be charged for services not given. It's all super unprofessional. I think she takes on more than she can handle as one person.

Expect a wait of at least half an hour to usually over an hour or two. Not reliable. Only communicates via text with no answering service. Does not reply to texts in a reasonable amount of time.

She is not trustworthy at all i have who also goes to her my friend told my sister during her session Jessica told her that in my sessions I talked about her all the time and I have nothing but good things to say first of all if Jessica did not tell her that how would my friend even though that I talked about her during my session I am very unhappy with her and with her talking about what I say in my session it's so untrustworthy I cannot trust her to talk to her and be who I am and get to the bottom of the situations that I have and get the help that I need she also changed the milligram on one of my prescription without discussing it with me I am very unhappy with her I will never recommend her or ever go back there again she is very unprofessional and during my visits that I did have I felt that she was under the influence of something so therefore I believe with all my heart self-medicates

Compassionate. Caring. Professional. Her team excels at making arrangements for appointments and are accommodating. Jessica focuses on your concerns and aligns treatment for the best outcome. She has been my caregiver for years and I recommend her to many. Mental health is limited in this area and she is outstanding. She is a strong advocate for her patients and her peers-a true asset!

I think highly of Jessica, Krystal, and Ashley for being so attentive to to my needs when it comes to schedule changes, pharmacy and insurance issues, as well as assisting in any questions or concerns I may possibly have. I have been under Jessica for numerous months. She has worked with me repeatedly to try to get medications regulated that will help me and has succeeded beyond expectation! She is a wonderful lady and her staff is awesome.

Once you see Jessica Wilson she is a very understanding person however her staff are extremely rude and don't even acknowledge you when you get there I go up and sign in not even a hello she's to busy on her phone face booking how I know this ... I saw with my own eyes then as Ms Wilson comes in through the front doors her demeanor changes the girls have no empathy for the clients
