I've been working with Jill for the past 2.5 years and she has been a saving grace in my mental health journey and my overall quality of life. Jill really takes the time to listen and suggest personalized treatments that actually work for me, and find new options as needed and new things come up and change. Jill is warm and compassionate in our sessions, and her intelligence and experience make me confident in all the treatment we do together. I am endlessly thankful to have Jill as part of my team, and I couldn't recommend her strongly enough. It is truly amazing to work with her.

Jill is a very caring and knowledgeable provider... She helped me through a really stressful period, and got me feeling back in control. I’m not even taking medication anymore. She's approachable and made herself available in between sessions. She told me her goal was to get me to a place where I didn’t need to see her anymore, and we were able to get there.

I was excited to work with Jill, she seemed nice. However, she almost cost me my life. She prescribed an antidepressant that I suffered extreme side effects, incl. panic attacks, insomnia, paranoia and the start of suicidal/manic thoughts from. The ER, which I visited 3 times due to her lack of response time (2+days!), confirmed this. The ER was also the one that told me to stop the medicine. Side effects happen, but clinical knowledge and someone there to guide you is key. Jill is not that.

She yelled at me, made me cry, and doesn't understand basic math. After every appointment she sent me home feeling worse than before. I showed up 10 minutes late to a 30 minute appointment, and she said she could only see me for 2 minutes. She spent that 2 minutes giving me attitude for being late and not even talking about my meds. She scolded me like I was a misbehaved toddler and not a bipolar, struggling grad student at NYU. Worst experience I've ever had with a mental health professional.
