Preys on the hopes of the tinnitus sufferer. Absolutely horrible. Did nothing for my tinnitus. Didn't test my hearing and didn't ask for previous hearing tests. Didn't offer hearing aid or any other kind of training. Charged me $400 and sent me from FREE apps to mask sound. No follow-up. Don't waste your money.

If you suffer from tinnitus or hyperacusis, don't waste your time and money to see Jill Meltzer. You can learn anything she has to say on the American Tinnitus Association website for free and save yourself hundreds of dollars. There are better options available in the Chicago area who are far more knowledgeable.
