No call, No Show for our FIRST APPOINTMENT which we just confirmed last night. Appointment was scheduled for 4:45pm. At 5:13pm I sent my second email to find out if we were still meeting today. At 5:19pm, I receive an email stating,'I sent you a message on your phone that I was running 15 behind. I also just tried to call you.' I DO NOT HAVE ANY MISSED TEXTS. I have a missed calls at 5:17pm and 5:20pm. If she was running behind by 15 min that would have been 5pm or 5:05pm. She proceeds to sends another email at 5:31pm which states, 'I have tried to get in touch with you twice by phone. I texted you before our appointment and said u was running 15 late. BTW, your voicemail is full.'Never once apologizing. Never once taking accountability. Providers have zero consideration for our time as patients. Providers have zero consideration for the fact I am paying her $250 to be treated in this manner. Enough is enough. This is the last time I will remain silent which being mist
