Doesn't care what patients want

My husband has repeatedly asked her to speak to me, his wife when seen in dialysis. It's been 3 months of her ignoring his requests. My husband has a learning disability and there are advance directives in place. He can't remember questions to ask and if he did he would be unable to clearly communicate the answers yet she ALWAYS denies me the opportunity to ask questions and discuss my husband's health.
