I arrived for my visit 20 minutes early since it was my first time to this facility (the recommended early arrival was 15 minutes). When I arrived, I was in a lot of pain and yet had to stand in a huge line waiting to get in the door. I waited and waited and finally after 15 minutes and knowing I am approaching my appointment time, I asked what was going on. Apparently the computers that you check in on were down. I was frustrated but continued to wait. Finally, at 10 minutes PAST my appointment time, I was checked in. When i was taken back, at 15 minutes past appointment time I asked if I was going to received my full 45 minutes. This person rudely said NO. I will not work past your original ending time (even though it was THEIR fault) I was late getting back and I should have gotten there earlier. I was there 5 minutes EARLIER than the recommended time. I was told I could leave or take the 30 minutes she had to offer. They billed fully the 45 minutes to insurance. HIGHLY DO NOT REC.
