Joan Fraino, NP

Rude and unprofessional. I filled out extensive online intake paperwork before I could schedule a telemedicine only appt. After waiting 2 months for the appt Dr Fraino was 20 minutes late and I was greeted by an intern. She hadn't reviewed my intake paperwork and the office had not requested my records from my previous psychiatrist even though I signed a release. When Dr. Fraino finally joined I couldn't hear her even with my volume on full. We tried to start going but she proceeded to start asking me the same questions I had just answered. When I responded confused and frustrated she was combative and defensive and mean. Very disappointed.

Dr. Fraino is a genuine, caring person. Professional but also very personable. She does a great job explaining what she recommends and why. This is who you want to have helping you through difficult times.

Simply the best,very dedicated and professional. Joan Fraino understands the different needs people have and has patience. Appointments are easy to schedule..

Thanks to Joan I'm now able to have a life! I spent the past 4 years with a major depression, until I had a stress break down and was referred to see Joan. She was beyond understanding and caring, she listed to my issues and helped me through the most stressful period of my life.
