I do not think Joan is suited to couple's work
Telehealth
Mindfulness and EFT are the basics for working with couples and in our two sessions, these were missing. We thought that, while Joan may be effective in other areas, she does not use the basics of couple's work. She also judged us frequently with disapproving looks and did not pronounce my partner's name correctly.

Terrible therapist. Only seems to be interested in watching the clock. Did not feel like she was listening or cared about my situation. Only saw her three times before I saw someone else who was much better. Do not recommend.
