She left on vacation and forgot to submit my prescription. On more than one occasion she has googled symptoms on her phone during a visit. Some of the things she has told me in the past have been wrong (maximum dosage, treatments for injuries); Had I followed her advice I would have suffered harm. I am sure there are worse physician assistants out there, she is the first I have been to but I consistently find her to be much less knowledgable than any MD I have seen. I wouldn't recommend.

I love Joan! She's amazing, she listens to your concerns, always has great advice, sees you on time and is just genuinely a great person. I'd recommend her for anyone. I'm just sad that i don't live in Delaware any more. :(
