Joan Tufts

My daughter’s stomach was bloated and she was crying all the time. I was seen by Ms Tufts and told to bring a diaper with stool to check if there was blood. I was told to drop it off in a bag so they could later test it. I heard nothing for a week and decided to call back. They apologized and said they never received it. I was told to bring in another sample that day. My daughter did have the blood in stool. Ms Tufts apologized because of the mishap and gave me free formula. She also asked if I was on government assistance? (Excuse me!)I came in another time because my daughter was sick. (No one else was available.)I was given information about what’s wrong with my daughter. The interesting part is Tufts gave it to me in Spanish? I am sorry but I never spoke Spanish to her or anyone around me. Plus that was not my first time seeing her. I was born in the USA and English is my first language. Never had this experience and definitely won’t be seeing her again.
