Felt like I was part of someone's bad day
She was visibly confused (whispering 'so confusing' at my chart) and stressed. Sniffling like crazy behind her mask. I could feel her stress as soon as she entered the room. I didn't feel like she was interested in me as a patient at all. Dismissive with no real follow-up. Told her I wanted to have my hormone levels tested bc I have debilitating headaches every menstruation cycle and she said there was 'no point' with no explanation why and then asked ME if I wanted her to prescribe me hormonal birth control. With no advice of how that might help or anything. Suggested physical therapy and acupuncture for body soreness but failed to actually write a referral so I couldn't get an appointment with either of those specialists.
