Dr. Haws has been helping us with our kiddo's visual disability for the last three years. We find her caring, a straight talker and she takes the time to explain things and listen to our concerns. We wouldn't dream of sending our children to another eye dr.

Dr. Haws came across as condescending at a time I needed support. There was no warmth to her at all. She tried to get me to buy glasses also even though I was in the midst of an eye issue. Of course, my medical record suggested that she thinks I should wait, but that's not how it was presented to me in reality.
