The Dr was okay, didn't do much to help me and I ended up switching to a new provider after just a few sessions. Huge complaint about her office staff and policies though. I missed an appointment (which has a $75 charge). In the midst of the COVID-19 crisis, her staff continued to leave threatening voicemails saying they would send me to collections over a $75 missed appointment fee if I didn't pay within the week. Not a very compassionate or considerate approach for a psychologist's office to take in the middle of a very anxiety provoking and trying time.
