Low quality for high price- sketchy! $125 per session paid through Venmo. She is always late but rushes through your appointment to end on time. She never had goals or directions for our appointments. Just showed up and meandered around until she made me cry. No actionable tools. Last straw was that I had to cancel an appointment due to recovery from a medical procedure and she still charged me. I’ve had better results from CBT. I’m not even convinced she was actually doing EMDR. Seemed more like she was doing therapy for her own issues instead of mine. Don’t understand how someone like that can stay licensed and in business.

Joanne has worked with both my teenage daughter & myself, on & off for the past 8 years. I can’t say enough how her supportive counseling has helped us both tremendously!

Ms Graham was reckless and irresponsible harming our family and child beyond repair. She failed to consider the background of our child whom she "counseled" aggravating an extremely bad situation by leaping to unfounded conclusions. She lacks discrimination, a judicious temperament and the necessary insight into family dynamics. I hope and pray we can recover from the damage she has done and that our child survives the devastation she has visited upon them and the entire family.

Extremely strong and highly intelligent counselor. Patient but very much to the point. Very empowering!
