The office has its issues but not Joanne. Joanne is so nice and I feel like she listens to what I'm feeling. I feel like she takes the time to really go through my chart/history before coming in to see me - which is important as I have a condition that I have been monitoring for years. She is good at explaining my lab results and really explains my treatment options.

She is our primary care Dr. She is amazing. She saved my jusbands life when she noticed a crackling that the heart Dr. said was unbelievable that she heard that. She ia so knowledgeable. She knows more than many specialists. We follwed her from her other office because we love her as our Dr. She puts our minds at ease knowing how much she cares about us as her patients. We would folliw her anywhere.

Definitely has a know it all attitude and doesn’t care to even hear what you have to say. She didn’t even want to fill out my FMLa paperwork.. just for days that I have drs appointments or flair ups. Do not see her !!

highly judgmental and or simply lazy, I cant figure out which but it seems that she feels spending 2 minutes with me gives her better insight into my treatment than the 4 years her boss has spent treating me, at first she flat out refused to fill my script that has been filled every month for the last 4 years then she wrote it for half a month not caring about the cost or inconvenience a second trip to phoenix would incur on me. Her boss is great but i would never recommend her to anyone

Doesn't even deserve 1 star! Has a Know it all attitude and a poor character when it comes to apologizing for her own mistakes. Made mistakes with appointments and blamed it on patient. Prescribed meds that had an allergic reaction 3 different times. No sincere bed side manners especially in an emergency of a typically healthy person. For only being a nurse practitioner she should NOT be as arrogant as she comes off. I wouldn't trust sending my worst enemy to her.

great answered all my questions went over my lab results, explaining everything to me.I got there and didn't even sit down was called back and didn't wait but a minute and she came in.I have seen her three times now and will continue to see her.
