Abandoned us!
Great in the beginning. Dissapeared without a word. No email, no phone call, no letter, just nothing. Was very supportive of my child and I, but after she didn't respond to me and abandoned us, I found other providers for us. Even when I sent her an email requesting she send records regarding my child to the new provider, she never responded or even just forwarded the info to the new provider. Absolutely unacceptable for a provider, a Phd no less, to do this to any patient!
