Was not seen. After taking an excessive amount of time by inexperienced staff dealing with payment options I was informed my card was declined. When I offered check they said they accepted it but I had to reschedule! Regardless because of the time taken processing payment! I was there ! I was willing! And not only that they intend to charge me for the visit too ?! I ask to talk to provider because the whole 30 minutes had not passed. And was denied! By staff and provider Evans herself! Don’t go

Office is very inefficient. They do not answer the phone or return calls. I gave them 2 business days to return call about rescheduling an appointment. When I showed up to the appointment. I was treated like it was my fault, I should have known the appointment was cancelled. But, they charge for no show. I was then belittled by Joannie in front of patients and the receptionist. I was told if I didn't like their policy to find another office. I wouldn't trust Joannie to counsel anyone.

Everyone in the office is friendly and welcoming. Joannie seems to truly care about the patient. I've always felt like I'm in good hands here.
