Im so glad I called Dr. Markowicz. My first visit was warm and welcoming. She is very knowledgeable in her field. She answered my questions I had have clearly and with concern.

I just left her office. First, I have never had seen a person come out of a therapist office and say, "You will love her." I hadn't met Dr. Markowicz before, but the woman who left her office spent five minutes telling me why I should choose her as a therapist. Well, I met with her and I am scheduled to start in 2020. Looking forward to it.

I had the pleasure of contacting Dr Markowicz because of a need to schedule an appointment with her office to my surprise she answered the phone spoke with me explained her billing and the initial visit and sought to find a date that was satisfactory for me and my needs at the time. I was happy to find out that this is a Doctor level practice(some are not) and that she was thorough and interactive in her approach and I felt that not only was I being listened to but she made me feel like I was and active participant in my care and recovery. I would gladly recommend Dr Markowicz to my friends and family members with confidence.

She is excellent! I am so thankful because she not only listens, but gives me tools to help change my life!

I have been a patient for several years now. I went to several therapists before. There is a big difference between Dr. Markowicz and Dr. New. Dr. Markowicz is my provider and her staff tested my child. They are fierce advocates and so smart. I would not recommend any other psychologist to my family and friends. Become her patient and you will see!

Per policy DDS claimants are required to contact SSA to reschedule or cancel appointments that were referred by them. Agencies are not allowed to cancel or reschedule legal appointments. The referring state agency is responsible for doing so. Legal appointments are referred for the agency not a specific provider within an agency. Appointments are made for the agency not a provider. Thus, any reference to a provider not be responsive is not applicable.

Social security set up an appointment for my daughter to see Dr Markowicz. We found out about the appointment while we were on a family vacation out of state. I left several messages with Dr Markowicz, explaining the situation and asking to reschedule. She never bothered to return my calls or respond to my email. We were forced to cut our vacation short and return home early.
