I've worked with Dr. Bremer-Landau for over 3 years now. I cannot give high enough praise for her gentile and caring approach. I've been seen by multiple other therapists over the years attempting to deal with anxiety and depression as a result of PTSD and I did not want to be medicated to mask the symptoms. The work we have done has led to transformations I truly never thought possible. She met me where I was, became a student of my life, and helped me dispell all of the false beliefs I had about myself. The 2 words that can best sum up the work we have done is trust and safety.
