Missed her calling
I have never encountered this level of negligence in my life. Jody Mossison had absolutely no interest in doing her job the day I encountered her. She needs to brush up on her assessment skills and take a bedside manner class. I would be mortified to be associated with this practitioner in any capacity. She decided to try and trap me in the room when I tried to leave before she was done hearing herself talk. I had to rest the door against her leg and turn my body sideways to leave the room and she still would not move.

'Incredibly rude! Did not take the time to simply talk to the patient! Told parent of patient to be quiet when asked a question!HORRIBLE experience! Child wasuncomfortable by her attitude. Does not care about quality care do patients. '
