Dr. Joel Cook, OD

I was a new PT to see the best doctor Dr. Cook, but I did not, the reason was one of his staff (Natacha) with a high altitude (ATTITUDE) 1- Lazy, she refuse to look at my papers that was sent by my referral and she wants me to give her all my information over the phone 2- she acted like a doctor by telling me you don't need to see doctor Cook, you need to see a general doctor ? 3- in the end she said 2 months appointment or look for a different doctor Wow...it's an awesome costumer service
