Please Johanna we need you!!! Looks like I'm not the only one scouring the net trying to find you! Call Lakewood clinic to set an emergency appointment and recieved the news you had left ?? been my go to for over 10 years!!
I will not make an appt with the doctor that took over the practice, Unfortunately I really poor experiences with him and went to an urgent care instead.
Please if anyone finds where she is practicing please post here!! Let her know to update the info on here! I went as far as calling the medical licensing board but they don't share current employment records at this time. Hope someone finds her soon so we can get back to the best care I'm sure all of us have recieved!

Ms. Tchanz is excellent in her profession. She is precise, informative and takes as much time as truly needed to explain conditions as well as medications, recommendations, referrals and treatment options to her patients. In addition, she is very prompt with online response to patient questions who do not need a Dr, Office Visit

Love Johanna but we won’t be going back now that she has left the practice and Dr. McClendon sold it to Dr. Gilmore. The office is unrecognizable now. It’s a shame.
