Horrific… nightmare!!
Absolutely awful experience. I’m so disgusted with this man & the facility. My glasses (script) was not correct. I went in a second time to explain I can’t see out of these. He then lied and told me because they were progressive. They 100% were not progressive. I saw a real optometrist and was informed the script was incorrect and to throw out. Beyond a disgrace not only unprofessional but no clue what he’s doing. The new office informed me they’ve heard the horror stories. My insurance was billed, what a mess! He seems to go from practice to practice I can see why. RUN!!!
