John Caldwell, FNP is remarkable. He is very thorough with his exam and spends a lot of time speaking with me in regards to my illness. This was my first time using a nurse practitioner as a provider and was beyond impressed with the entire exam. I appreciate the extra time and attention to detail John provides to diagnose my problem accurately.

I took my son for a check up at Lumin Care in Prosper. John Caldwell was the person who did the exam. He was great, we got in and out very quickly and he was awesome. We have a new place to go now because of him. VERY PLEASED.......

I visited John Caldwell at Lumen Urgent Care in Prosper, Texas, to treat a sinus infection. When I tried to describe my symptoms and what worked to treat it in the past, he belligerently interrupted me and gave me a condescending speech about how none of that mattered because it's not how he does things. I wasn't so much offended by what he said but by the fact that he treated me like an ignorant child. I already felt terrible, and he made it much worse. Try treating your patients with respect!
