Definitely a helping hand.
Probably the best therapist I've seen and I've seen plenty. For me John listens, helps, and explains things in a way that relates to my personal problems and helps me come up with ways to cope with my issues no matter how wild or crazy they are. Seems to be a very genuine person that is there to sincerely help.
