Dr. John Crabtree, PHD

Awful!! Avoid if you don’t want him to RUIN your child’s life! Biased, judgemental, and extremely rude.

This dr is a joke. He does NOT have your family or children in his best interest! He only cares about the $$$!

Families BEWARE! he doesn't support keeping families together and his opinion, is just that "his opinion" he is very bias.

I found Dr. Crabtree to be fair and impartial in our custody evaluation.

I was referred to Dr. Crabtree by my attorney involving joint physical & legal child custody with my ex-wife. The docket was in the Washington County, Pa family court. Let me start by saying if you are the Father seeking additional or to maintain custody with your children, you are screwed the minute you meet with Dr Crabtree. Don't let his timid/aloof mannerism fool you. He is a wolf in sheep clothing. Fathers at best will get ”Visitation Only” based on his so-called ”Expert Testimony”

Before seeing Dr. Crabtree, we read many reviews which stated "father's beware." Unfortunately, those reviews were accurate. He is the only phycologist used for evals in custody matters in Washington County. At first, we thought the reviews were mistaken. He seemed kind and fair.. until his eval came back, that is. It was full of errors, small and large. Several statements had been taken from the other party and put in the eval as fact with 0 credibility. He has caused a great deal of heartache.

Dr. Crabtree was from even the first impression a very kind, professional, soft spoken and genuinely caring doctor. His evaluations are thorough, detailed and fair. I would strongly recommend him for anyone seeking an honest evaluation.
