You’re not trying hard enough
He looked at my list of medications (had spent a number of minutes with me in total) and said “you’re not trying hard enough.” I’ll never forget it. He told me to be more like Kobe (who had just died.) Incredibly distasteful and unprofessional. When I told him he was out of line he continued to look at his screen and ignore me! Turned out, these four plus years later, not only did I have depression and ptsd, I was also undiagnosed autistic and adhd and on various medications I didn’t need because I was misdiagnosed (by someone else) with bipolar 2. And let’s not forget, I was also menopausal. I was exhausted, broken and deserving of compassion. Doesn’t matter, though- a mental health professional who would be so brazenly heartless should have their license revoked. It was almost five years ago and I feel bad for not leaving a review to warn people of this sniveling troll sooner. Ick.

So I was never able to see Mr. Diya because of the gross incompetence of the Orange Office Staff. I was scheduled for an appointment and when I did not respond to a text confirmation, the office canceled my appointment. I found out only after I arrived to the office. While there, the office staff scheduled me for an appointment two days later. I arrived to that appointment and was told I did not have an appointment that day nor did I have any appointments scheduled. This is the most grossly incompetent office staff, especially considering they are dealing with psychiatric patients. There is no regard for patients' time or value.
