Dr. John Haney, PHD

Dr Haney is the nicest psychologist I have ever had. He listens to you and if your depressed the day you talk to him and start crying he will tell you that’s ok I’ll wait take tour time.” He will suggest things to try, like taking some deep breaths. I have been talking to him for some time now and he is helping me. There are day I wish I had more than one hour with him. I really appreciate all the help he gives me, and he’s a good listener.

Dr. John Haney is kindest, most compassionate, soft-spoken man you could meet. The negative reviews left on this page cannot be describing the same doctor I have seen over the past 20+ years. He's never offered his personal opinion as much as he's listened and tried to help me find my own answers, unless the situation truly warranted, and there's not a condescending bone in that man's body. I'm pretty sure someone clicked the wrong link...

I almost feel like the previous comments are not speaking of the same Dr. Haney I went to. He was very understanding, nice and very engaged in the appointment. I know other people who use him that think he is very kind and a great psychologist.

Incredibly rude and disinterested. Would not recommend this tool to anyone. Worst bedside manner I’ve ever encountered. Needs to retire because he appears to hate his job.

What a terrible bedside manner! He spent hardly any time with us & didn't listen. When asked a couple questions, he was extremely condescending. He gave NO advice, explanations, or professional opinions. He only rudely & WRONGLY refuted everything I've been told about my child/the patient by other psychiatrists, counselors, & spec. ed teachers. It was the worst dr.'s appt. I've ever been a part of- a complete waste of time & $. He was quiet, cold, elitist, tactless, insulting, & MOST UNHELPFUL.
