I, as well as my mother and father, have been going to Dr. Kwapick for over 30 years. I love how he always takes his time with you. He will answer any question you have no matter how silly you may think it is. He worked with my mom who had Alzheimer's and made her feel safe. I was really sad when he retired, but happy for him.

I would review other optometrist's before seeing anyone in his office. We had an appointment scheduled and showed up 20 minutes prior to sign/ register. I advised them I was there for a 1 o'clock appointment, they looked at some sitting in the waiting room and then at each other. One lady (Elizabeth?) asked if I had a confirmation which I showed her on my phone. She looked at it and said someone else has the appointment. They were smug about it and stated it was not their fault. Avoid!

He took the time to allow my eyes to adjust to each new lens during the exam to test for my prescription glasses. I never felt rushed. He even took the time to explain my eye test results. I felt like he really cared.
