I was greated with friendly faces, Kim and Sarah. I didn't wait long before I was roomed by Delilah. She was very professional and nice. She verbally checked my identification, comparing my name with the stickers on the specimen containers. Then, gently did the two q-tips down each nostril torture. I was then seen by John Loudon, PA-C. He asked if I needed a note for work and I felt he took his time, wasn't rushed. The visit overall was professional, efficient and comfortable.

I was able to obtain an appointment with John Loudon via a phone call to the office. I was seen in a very short time after I arrived. A nurse and a student assistant talked t me first and then John Loudon. Very professional, courteous, friendly, and reassuring. I have been instructed about wound care, and told to return in 48 hours to have the bandages changed.
