Very uncomfortable in-office visit. Would not recommend this doctor

He was able to start treating me the day after my serious car accident (4/2/23) and is helping me to heal quickly in order to get back to my normal routines. He is genuinely concerned about my health and treats me like family. He is very professional and the treatments are excellent in helping me heal quickly.

Dr Ratcliff is one of the best doctors I have had in the past 25 years. He greets me and all other patients warmly, always asks me how I have been since my last visit and asks about my family. He makes one feel special and cared for. For me, one of the most important characteristics of a doctor is when he explains all medical conditions and answers all questions in detail. This is what I found in Dr Ratcliff. If something is unclear, he will go out of his way to simplify an explanation by drawing it or showing it on the computer. He takes note of all symptoms mentioned, no matter how insignificant they may be. Dr Ratcliff is persistent in finding the root cause of any medical condition. On top of that, he is very empathetic and has a sense of humor. In addition, he has very courteous staff, who are always welcoming and doing their best to make the patients feel much better than when they came.

Dr. Ratcliffe has really been a blessing in our lives. He is extremely knowledgeable, great with kids and genuinely cares for all of his patients. After consulting top Pediatric Neurologists, Physical Therapists and Orthopedic Surgeons at the nation's top hospitals, we were still not getting answers for how to go about curing the intractable headaches my child was experiencing post COVID. He analyzed her history, her physique and her nutritional deficiencies in detail and is currently helping us find answers and possible treatment options. He catches the minutest details in patients’ overall health that other providers tend to miss. We cannot be more grateful to him and his team. Rasha at the front office and Keldon who assists Dr. Ratcliffe sometimes are truly a delight to work with as well. We greatly recommend this office to anyone who is looking for a physician who is well-versed in his field to find answers that may not be readily apparent using conventional medicine.

Always willing to go above and beyond to help me out even with a busy schedule. He has helped me with numerous issues due to car accidents and other mishaps and i have been ablento recover greatly

Dr. Ratcliffe pinpointed my exact problem and fixed it, along with providing some very valuable advice about nutrition and direction about exercises I can do at home to mitigate my problem and improve my overall health. Dr. Ratcliffe operates differently than other chiropractors, in that he’s very sensitive and accommodating to patient needs.

Dr. Ratcliffe is an excellent chiropractor! Not all health practitioners have a gift for healing, but Dr. Ratcliffe does. He is constantly adding new skills and health treatment methods to his practice and spends time almost daily furthering his knowledge. He’s sort of a one-stop shop for chiropractic care, physical therapy, and functional nutrition. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Dr. Ratcliffe is truly an extraordinary chiropractor. His experience in neuromuscular work and rehabilitation sets him apart from the pack. His adjustments are firm and very specific and he makes sure through stretching etc that you are ready to receive and hold your adjustment. 5 stars to Dr. Ratcliffe and his staff

Dr. Ratcliffe is absolutely wonderful and I can't recommend him enough. While he's certainly a great chiropractor, he's also just an all-around great person, which is what sets him apart from all the other doctors I've been to. It's clear that he really cares about all of his patients and genuinely makes an effort to get to know every single one. My visits with him are always enjoyable and thanks to his treatment, I'm feeling better than I have in years. Dr. J is the best!
