Dr. Reynolds has been my eye doctor for the past 15 years and he is the best! The front desk person, who also was supposed to fit me with new glasses today, is rude, impatient & unprofessional. Because of her, I left with my prescription in hand.

Horribly rude female staff! Make me feel like I am an inconvenience to them anytime I call to make an appointment or ask a question (especially the front desk lady). Dr. Reynolds himself is an awesome eye doctor.
