Dr. John Shin, MD

Dr Shin did emergency surgery on my 96 yr old mother. He explained the procedure thoroughly & phone me as soon as it was done. He responded to my phone calls & texts quickly & during the follow up visit took the time to answer all my questions & concerns. Could not have been more pleased with this surgeon.

It was absolutely terrible I spent more time in the waiting area which was over an hr than he did with me in the actual visit was maybe 15-18mins IF THAT he seemed highly annoyed and was more concerned with me not getting the xray which was only told to do while driving on my way to the appt. Which mind you I was on time for and I had all my previous medical records including a MRI disc which was not even a year old. He was extremely unprofessional had a nasty attitude and was far from compassionate it was a waste of a visit and I surely will not be back he was late for the appt and didn't even apologize my time is valuable as well its ashame for whomever goes to see him DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

DR. Joah shin arrived late for my appointment and spent the entire time looking at his watch. He was yelling, rude and seemed careless throughout the entire visit. His attitude made me feel completely uncomfortable. He is not only disrespectful but also lacks professionalism.

Seemed to be frustrated with my questions, lacking compassion and did not make me feel well cared for or positive about my issues.

My wife had an appointment today with Dr Shin and she waited for over an hour after appointment time. She left disgusted.
