Went to Dr. Bafford after months of increasing hip pain and an inability to manage the pain myself. He had me come in for a handful of treatments with little improvement. He helped get me in for an MRI and see an orthopedic surgeon. After learning it was a combination of arthritis and a torn labral in the hip, Dr Bafford worked on hip adjustments and therapy to increase surrounding core strength and functional ability. Last appt w/Dr Bafford was early Aug.. I am working out 2hr/day. No medicine!
