3 visits and no action. Told him my symptoms and he basically asked me to diagnose myself. I should’ve been paid. Long story short, he did NOTHING and barely listened )which I discovered after reading his “notes” on the portal. He never did any type of external or internal tests. I had to ASK for a referral and appointment was set for 2 months later. I was eventually rushed to ER and told I have cancer. All this man did was call in expensive prescriptions. Thanks for nothing

Beware…Mr. Briggs, NP, was my primary care physician at CMC only for a few months, but it seemed I was never treated as a patient who was seeking medical attention. Between suffering with HBP to Covid, he neglected my messages and refused to see me during my time of need. I will be needing to switch providers to a more professional doctor. I tried reaching out to the managers, but to no avail…again, not even a returned call. Sad!!! Do Better as you should always give your patients your best care possible as it’s your oath and they’re paying good money for it. ??
