Didn't have to wait long in waiting room, nurse was very nice. Dr came right in after nurse was done. Dr was very thorough and asked lots of questions and gave good explanations.

Jonathon is a kind, caring, empathetic PA-C. He explains everything in a way that you can understand it. He makes you feel at ease in his office, even when he doesn’t have the best news to give you. You always walk out of his office feeling like he cares about you and your health. He goes above and beyond to take care of your health!

Jonathan answered all of my questions and spoke directly to me with no reservation. I never felt rushed. The recommendations for meds were made expeditiously and has always been followed up. Very satisfied!

My visit with him was great. The follow up, not so good. Samples of my meds were difficult to pick up & the change over with inhalers have not happened for 3 days now. Time to call tomorrow for a follow up as to why. Frustrating!

Today’s visit was an annual checkup for pulmonary problems I’ve had in the past. Not only has Dr. Nelson (and Dr. Al) successfully dealt with my illness but he LISTENS and responds to my questions in such a way that I can understand my therapy.
