Dr. Jonathan Starchville, OD

Dr. Starchville O.D. was a wonderful doctor who saw 4 of my grandchildren. The interaction with them was refreshing. Each one enjoyed the visit. I personally am now going to set up an appointment to see him as well as my husband. The office staff was extremely helpful and kind. The office itself is beautiful with the displays. They even had a movie for the kids to watch. I HIGHLY recommend him. I read the other reviews and quite honestly he needs 6 stars. Thanks Dr. Starchville!

I saw Dr Starchville while he was filling in at a clinic in Terrell Texas. Very knowledgeable very friendly. Good "bedside maners". He's also very professional in his approach. He doesn't sugarcoat things he tells you as they are which to some people can come across as being rude. I did not see that at all in the doctor. He was also very thorough in explaining things during my appointment. I would highly recommend!!

I think this doctor has several attitude issues going on with him that makes him always very hostile. He is never smiling, never friendly, talks like a robot and shows no care nor compassion whatsover. I have known doctors to be very friendly or show some form of empathy to help patients feel safe but clearly, this one lacks these attributes...The attitude that broke the camel's back today for he was that he walked away from his patient ( my mom)! Like who does that? Just because I asked him to calm down and stop being harsh; because he wasn't willing to listen to patient's complaint but rather forcing us to make a decision that obviously would take some time to decide. I do NOT recommend him one bit, RUN as fast as you can away from him.
