Very incompetent with knowledge about Mild Traumatic Brain Injuries. She doesn't understand the full scope of one. It appears that she thinks that a brain injury is a mental illness. She someone has made up a short timeframe that EVERYONE needs to be recovered by. She has no clue that it can take months or even years to recover. Also, she will respond to you in an abusive manner if you have a correction/insight on your own body. Stay away if you value your health!
