It was a very good experience

I get nervous taking tests. Audiologist did a great job putting me at ease and reassuring me I was doing great. I would recommend anyone any age see her. Even though I didn't score 100 on the test I felt like I did.

I have been going to Dr. Joni Johnson for over 7 years for hearing tests and hearing aids for both ears. She is very thorough and competent. She spends a lot of time explaining the causes of hearing loss and the best solutions to regain good hearing. She is very concerned about cost and has always suggested the best solution for performance and at the lowest cost. She is not like previous audiologists who have tried to "upsell' me to an expensive hearing aids. I trust her judgement and she has always given me the best solution at the lowest cost. Very honest and straightforward with her advice. I wouldn't go anywhere else for treatment of my hearing loss.

Joni is thoroughly knowledgeable and so patient with my 92yr old mother. The time she spent explaining and her gentle encouragement was appreciated and shows such professionalism!
