I'd highly recommend Jonica!
My PCP, neurologist, and orthopedic surgeon referred me for a second opinion to review tests including a skin biopsy to find cause for the underlying condition or confirm diagnosis of small fiber neuropathy, and determine if benefits would out-weigh risks for a surgical procedure. Jonica was the first and only doctor who reviewed all medical records and prior to my visit. I was impressed with her insightful and thorough evaluation. She explained the confusion of my skin biopsy results and the uncertainty from UCONN by clarifying small fiber neuropathy. She was able to explain my condition in simple terms so that I could understand in a way that other doctors couldn't explain, didn’t know how to explain, or took the time to explain. I'm looking forward to my next visit with Jonica because she was absolutely wonderful. She was knowledgeable, caring, and understanding. She took the time to listen, answer questions, and also provided helpful suggestions so I feel that I can trust her.

I am 58 years old and needed to have a surgical procedure done recently due to having seizures. Although Jonica Pagnucco did not perform the surgery, she was the one I was to contact with any problems or questions. She would always take my calls immediately. If she was with a patient, she would call back within the hour. (Never at the end of the day like most doctors). She always showed sincere compassion and ended conversations with Do you have any other questions? I never felt rushed.
