Dr Jonson Was a great help after my knee replacement surgery. He was recommended by my orthopedic surgeon’s for the in-home rehab. Dr was a gem to work with. He put me through some tough exercises that didn’t think that I could do. But in the end it was very beneficial in my recovery. I would recommend him everytime if anyone ask me.

My orthopedic surgeon referred me for at home PT following Achilles’ tendon and heel surgery. Having been both a patient in and having worked the front office of outpatient physical therapy clinics I was familiar with sharing a therapist with another patient, adhering to timed sessions and working into a clinics schedule. This alternate approach of one on one therapy has many benefits. My therapist Jonson continually customized and updated each days session based on our discussions and progress to my goals. This dedicated time also ensured all exercises are done correctly and adjusted when necessary. Jonson is kind, supportive, and realizes the unique needs of his patients. With his comprehensive program, ongoing encouragement, great results, and willingness to work appointments into my schedule I highly recommend him and his company!

EXCELLENT Physical Therapist. His skills are above any I've experienced. He is a completely different style of individual personalized plan. He is completely involved in every movement and gives you immediate feedback . For me improvement was immediate unlike traditional approach. Each visit was better and better and each session was geared to where I was in my progress. Johnson is very easy to talk to and he listens. I will never go to another so long as he is available. I highly recommend The clinic and him.

I highly recommend Jonson. He a amazing physical therapist. He’s been helping me rehab my shoulder after extensive shoulder surgery. He and my surgical team of Dr. Murphy and PA Paul Sturney have all the difference in my day to life. I would recommend Jonson to anyone who has pt needs.

My husband had rotor cuff surgery in February. He is a paraplegic and the surgery was done on his good arm. He was completely incapacitated. Insurance would not pay for inpatient rehab. He also could not go to and from physical therapy. Jonson Yousefzadeh of Direct Orthopedic Therapy in Jacksonville was a miracle come true. Jonson came to our apartment before the surgery to assess my husband and worked with the insurance company to get approval for PT home visits. He was working with my husband 2 days after his surgery. With my husbands mobility issues, it is difficult for him to trust anyone when it comes to helping him move about. Jonson is not only an amazing Physical Therapist but is also a kind and caring individual with a calming Zen like personality who won my husbands trust within the first week.
