Jordan was working at IU Methodist Hospital when my mother had a shattered shoulder and came into the ER. He not only had the medical knowledge needed for the situation, but the best bedside manner and personality of any healthcare professional we encountered during the entire ordeal. He should be the poster person for how all medical personnel should interact with patients and families. I cannot stress enough our gratitude and thankfulness for having encountered Jordan during such a stressful time.
